Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen! If you need to reschedule, please do not hesitate to reach out to Shelby House. If an appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours of the service time 25% of the service will be charged as a fee for rescheduling. No shows are charged 50% of the service.
