Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen! If you need to reschedule, please do not hesitate to reach out to Shelby House. If an appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours of the service time 25% of the service will be charged as a fee for rescheduling. No shows are charged 50% of the service. Other policies: If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, you may no longer be able to be serviced that day and may be subject to a no show fee. If there is ever anything you’re not loving about your service received by me, please reach out asap. Anything can be tweaked complimentary within the first week of receiving your service. Your happiness and health of your hair is my priority!
